The ground-floor/accessible apartment features high-quality furniture, a safe, comfortable box-spring beds (made up), a well-equipped fitted kitchen with dishwasher, ceramic hob, etc., two flat-screen TVs, a designer bathroom (level access), a shower with mood lighting and towel warmer (pre-warmed towels), a large private furnished terrace, Wi-Fi, DVD player, washing machine and dryer, a baby cot, and a highchair. In summer, the apartment maintains a pleasantly cool indoor climate. Bicycles or strollers can be stored in a secure room. If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
