The holiday home for 6 persons has two bathrooms and three bedrooms and is equipped with six single beds and six double beds. The holiday home is equipped with a stair gate, a heather, a radio, a fireplace and a CD player. In addition there is a terrace and a garden and there are two sets of garden furniture. You can park your car on a parking lot (for rent). The badroom is equipped with two washbasins, two hairdryers and two showers.

The holiday home has a freezer, a fridge, a washing machine and a tumble dryer.

Especially for (young) children, there is a high chair.

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a coffee maker and an oven.

The thatched-roof semi-detached house Chelseas Hüs has three bedrooms and two bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to six people, plus an extra bed for a small child. One dog is also welcome.

Among the highlights of this holiday home are the high-quality kitchen equipment, the fireplace, the large private sauna, and the fenced garden with a terrace.

On the ground floor, you'll find the spacious living and dining area with an open-plan kitchen and one of the shower rooms. The living area provides direct access to your private terrace and garden. The fireplace offers cozy warmth on cooler days. The kitchen is equipped with various appliances, including a Thermomix and a KitchenAid mixer (these appliances can be added free of charge when booking the premium holiday home section).

Upstairs, there are two bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, as well as the private sauna in the second shower room.

The third bedroom, with a double bed, is located on the top floor.

The second bathroom is located on the top floor. The second bathroom with shower room includes the second bedroom.

Chelseas Hüs is located near the Borgsum Mill, and a bakery, restaurant, café, and bicycle rental shop are all within walking distance. From Strunwoi, the road that provides access to the property, the North Sea is visible on the horizon.

All recreational activities are located in the immediate vicinity of the property.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
