This modernly furnished holiday home, idyllically situated in a secluded location, is completely fenced (fence height 1.80m). Far from any traffic noise, and equipped for 2-4 people plus a small child, the house offers everything you need to feel truly comfortable on holiday.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a ceramic hob, oven, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, air fryer, coffee maker, Caffissimo, toaster, egg cooker, kettle, blender, and dishes for 12 people. The living room features a new, comfortable sofa, satellite TV/flat-screen television, stereo system, and internet access.

There are two bedrooms with double beds (1.80x2.00m) and adjustable slatted frames. A cot is available upon request.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
