The holiday home is situated on a large, sunny plot (900 sq m) on the edge of a field, in a quiet cul-de-sac.

The holiday home offers nearly 200 sq m of living space, plus a fully converted attic that serves as a children's bedroom and play area. The house has 5 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, plus a guest toilet.

The spacious living/dining area provides ample room for all guests. The new extension with floor-to-ceiling windows is perfect for relaxing days and evenings. An electric fireplace is also available for cozy evenings. Amenities include multiple Smart TVs and a games console, as well as an indoor recreation area with a foosball table and dartboard.

A terrace with barbecue facilities and a gated property allow children to play unsupervised.

Since autumn 2025, a barrel sauna for up to 6 people has been available in the garden.

The beautiful Sehlendorf beach is about an 8-10 minute walk away.

The house offers Baltic Sea views from the top two floors.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
