The flat was renovated in 2015 and offers modern furnishings with attractive accessories. Thanks to its location in an old building with the typical high ceilings, the interior feels very cosy and spacious. After a day out, you can relax on the sofa in the living room. This means you can also be reached on holiday, fine-tune your holiday plans on site or send your holiday greetings with photos directly to your friends and acquaintances.

The flat has direct access to the terrace at the rear of the building.

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
