The six apartments at Gaadt 7a are not only wonderfully quiet, as the building is set back from the street and not visible from it, but also centrally located.

The restaurants "Tobis Hüs" and "Alte Friesenstube" are just a few steps away.

The beach access is about 250 meters away, and Friedrichstrasse is about 400 meters away.

Each apartment has its own free parking space.

A washing machine is also available in the adjacent sauna room with shower. Sauna use is subject to a fee.

Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the building.

This bright and spacious four-room ground-floor apartment is furnished in a modern country style and is ideal for up to four people.

On the ground floor, it features a living room with a comfortable corner sofa, stereo system, flat-screen TV, and a new kitchenette including a microwave oven, four-burner ceramic cooktop, and dishwasher. From here, you can access the lovely west-facing terrace, which awaits you with garden furniture.

There is also a single bedroom on the ground floor.

The double bedroom with a flat-screen TV, en-suite toilet, and large shower is located on the lower level.

There is also another shower room and a second single bedroom on this level.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
