Welcome to our unique apartment "Schleiverliebt 19.8" in the imposing Viking Tower! On the 19th floor of this striking landmark in the middle of the Schlei, this apartment offers space for up to 4 people on a generous 63m² and opens up a breathtaking view of the Viking country around Haithabu as well as the picturesque Schlei. The apartment impresses with a modern and open living space, which includes a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy dining area and inviting seating. The separate sleeping area is equipped with a comfortable double bed (180x200cm) to ensure a restful night's sleep. The sofa in the living room offers space for two more people thanks to the sleeping function. The bathroom scores with a shower. A special highlight is the balcony attached to the living room, from which you have an unforgettable view and can enjoy your morning coffee in the fresh air. A parking space in an underground car park accessible with a chip card is located in the immediate vicinity of the Viking Tower, which gives you easy access. There are three elevators available inside the tower, the largest of which leads directly to the cafe and bar on the 26th floor. Access to the foyer with the other two elevators is only possible with a central key. Operating the elevators also requires this key to ensure that unauthorized persons cannot access the tower.

In addition, there is a washing machine and dryer in the basement for shared use for an additional charge.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
