We offer a renovated, modern holiday home in Malente, specially designed for couples and families, accommodating up to 3 adults and 1-2 children (92m²). Located in a quiet cul-de-sac, it's very close to Lake Kellersee (with a playground just around the corner) and features a private beach chair on the terrace and a private garden with a garden shed.

This terraced house was lovingly furnished and renovated in March 2024 with a modern Scandinavian flair.

"Time Out Malente" has 2 bedrooms with 4 sleeping options (plus 1 child in a cot with a foam mattress or 1 child in a pull-out bed in the children's room) and a highchair.

The floors are finished with designer flooring and tiles.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
