The 35 sq m (310 sq ft) holiday apartment is situated in a traditional Lübeck townhouse, in the heart of the old town. The apartment features a fitted kitchen, a new shower room, and hardwood floors. The new furnishings accentuate the charm of Lübeck's historic buildings.

Of course, a dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, fridge/freezer, toaster, hairdryer, digital TV, DVD player, CD player, and a wardrobe/chest of drawers are provided. The bedroom offers a 1.60 x 2.00 m (6.5 x 10.5 ft) bed with a new mattress.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
