This charming country villa boasts a beautiful location in a quiet courtyard complex, just 700 meters from the natural beach. The 205m² living space is spread over two floors and can accommodate up to eight people. On the ground floor, you'll find a spacious living/dining area with a fireplace lounge and access to the south-facing terrace and large garden. Here you can soak up the sun or prepare some delicious meals on the gas grill.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a five-burner ceramic cooktop, oven, side-by-side refrigerator, microwave, and ample dishes and cookware.

Upstairs, there is a bedroom, a shower room, and a living room with a fireplace, smart TV, and sofa bed.

Also located on the upper floor is the master bedroom, which opens onto one of the two balconies. From the master bedroom, you can access a dressing room with a sofa bed and the en-suite bathroom. Here you'll experience the impressive effect of the corner whirlpool, two pedestal vanities, crystal mirror, large shower, and the expertly crafted marble floor.

A quick-access staircase leads to the fully finished attic (usable only in summer), where, in addition to a toilet with a sink, there are two further double bedrooms.

The large garden invites you to relax and play and offers ample space for the whole family. A barrel sauna completes the amenities.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
