Welcome to the "Illas Koje" holiday apartment in Lemkenhafen, Fehmarn.

With a cozy 35 square meters of living space, the apartment offers plenty of comfort for four people to enjoy their holiday on the sunny island of Fehmarn.

The apartment is located just a few meters from the sea in the beautiful fishing and harbor village of Lemkenhafen. It has been newly renovated and furnished with high-quality furniture.

Information on additional costs and fees:

The rental price is for two people. Each additional person pays an extra charge.

A dog is welcome for an additional fee.

The security deposit of €100 is due in advance and must be paid with the rental fee.

Water is included. Electricity is charged according to consumption (€0.46/kWh, prices subject to change) and deducted from the security deposit.

Bed linen and towels can be ordered upon request for an additional charge.

The tourist tax is payable before arrival.

Free parking is available in front of the building.

We expressly point out that we accept no liability whatsoever for personal injury or property damage resulting from the use of the ladder to access the bunk bed.

Upon entering the apartment, you are greeted by the open-plan living, dining, and sleeping area with a comfortable upholstered seating area that can also be used as a sofa bed for two people, a dining table, and the highlight of the apartment: the bunk bed (1.60 x 2.00 m) for two people. Please note that this bunk bed is only accessible via a ladder and is not suitable for small children. Use is at your own risk. Pets are welcome in the apartment.

The apartment features high-speed internet with 100 Mbps. This is complemented by a new flat-screen TV with 100 HD channels, a soundbar for a great home cinema experience, and access to a Netflix account. Two infrared heaters provide cozy warmth on cold days.

Adjacent to the living area is the kitchen, featuring a modern kitchenette equipped with everything you need for daily living, such as a capsule coffee machine and an induction cooktop.

Finally, you'll find the tastefully furnished bathroom with a large rain shower and a sink.

Of course, you can also soak up some sun on the terrace in front of the apartment. Plenty of patio furniture is provided.

If you are arriving by car, parking spaces are available near the property.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
