The holiday home is equipped with a DVD player, a heather, a stereo, a radio, a TV and a CD player. You can park your car on a parking lot (for rent). The badroom is equipped with two washbasins, a hairdryer and a shower.

The holiday home has a freezer, a fridge and a washing machine.

The modernly furnished holiday apartment "Über dem Kattsund" is located on the quiet, charming street "Kattsund" in the heart of Eckernförde, just 50 meters from the harbor. Various shops, restaurants, and cafés are within easy walking distance. Situated on the second floor of a historic, listed building, the apartment offers a very pleasant and charming atmosphere thanks to its high ceilings and beautiful wooden roof beams, in addition to its modern amenities. Our guests can fully enjoy their Baltic Sea vacation in this 135 m² apartment, which can accommodate up to four people. Your dog is also welcome!

The exceptionally spacious living room features real wood parquet flooring, numerous casement windows that flood the room with light, and a high-quality sofa set that invites you to relax. A flat-screen satellite TV with entertainment channels, a Blu-ray/DVD player, a stereo system, and free Wi-Fi provide multimedia entertainment. The small balcony offers a wonderful view of the fishing village and the Eckernförde harbor. Adjacent to the living room is an open lounge area. The semi-open kitchen boasts extensive, high-quality appliances and ample counter space, and includes an adjoining dining area.

Two bedrooms offer comfortable, high-quality box-spring double beds. The bathroom features an extra-wide shower with a rain shower head, hand shower, hairdryer, and towel warmer. A separate guest toilet is also available. The apartment includes a private parking space in a video-monitored parking garage approximately 300 meters away.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
