The open kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic 4-ring stove, oven, combination microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, toaster, filter coffee machine, and even a waffle iron—perfect for home-cooked meals and cozy breakfasts. The living/dining room includes a flatscreen satellite TV, radio, and dining table. The bathroom features a shower, washbasin, and toilet, while central heating ensures year-round comfort.
Guests can enjoy a shared 1000 m² garden with pond, play equipment, parasol, and charcoal barbecue (on request). A cot, high chair, washing machine, and paid tumble dryer add extra convenience. Parking and bicycle storage are available on-site.

Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
