We offer a family-friendly, sunny holiday home situated on a hillside for 4 people (extra beds available for up to 6 people) with upscale amenities. The holiday home was originally built as a semi-detached house in 1937 and purchased by us in 2013. From 2015 to 2016, the semi-detached house was completely renovated and brought up to modern standards.

Our holiday home "Am Eichberg" has been classified and rated 4 stars by the German Tourism Association (DTV).

A spacious living area with a modern, fully equipped kitchen awaits you.

A fireplace/heated air stove is available for cozy and warm evenings.

The master bedroom has a double bed (160 x 200 cm) with an unforgettable panoramic view.

The second bedroom contains two single beds (90 x 200 cm each).

The spacious bathroom features a large walk-in shower, a double vanity, and a washing machine.

You can park your vehicle safely in your own parking space on the fenced property.

A short 5-minute hike leads to the Eichberg hill, where you'll be rewarded with a wonderful view of the Bielatal valley.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
