Our holiday apartment is situated in a wonderfully peaceful location overlooking the enchanting Flöha Valley. You enter the bright, spacious living room with a comfortable sofa set for relaxing.

In a light-filled bay window, you'll find loungers and seating for further relaxation. Adjacent to this are two double bedrooms, and on the opposite side, you'll find a well-equipped kitchenette and a dining table with four chairs. The en-suite bathroom has a shower and toilet.

Parking is available. A pleasant, secluded spot for barbecuing and relaxing awaits you in our garden. Your child will love the small playground. A beautiful cycling and hiking trail passes right by the house.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
