Welcome to our charming and lovingly furnished holiday home, "Eichhörnchen" (Squirrel). Enjoy this gem, nestled in the large parkland of an old villa, surrounded by breathtaking views of the rocky landscape in the spa town of Oybin.

Here, 2 to 5 people can stay in 3 bedrooms and relax in peace and quiet amidst nature. A sauna is available, and Wi-Fi is provided.

The holiday home is equipped with central heating and is therefore usable year-round.

It offers a cozy and well-appointed living room with a dining area in the bay window, an LED TV, and a breakfast terrace. You can enjoy a fully equipped kitchen.

A bright bathroom with a large walk-in shower, toilet, sink, and washing machine is at your disposal.

Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms, each with a panoramic balcony and an LED TV.

For the stairs A child safety lock is installed.

A child seat and changing facilities are available.

The "Squirrel Holiday Home" has a separate entrance and a lovely barbecue area. You have your own private, enclosed parking space.

The large, park-like villa grounds are completely fenced.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
