You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with two showers and two washbasins.

The kitchen is equipped with two ovens, two coffee makers, a microwave, two dishwashers and two stoves.

Detailed information

The holiday home was completely renovated in 2024 and features two separate holiday apartments. Both offer comfortable furnishings, underfloor heating, and a terrace perfect for barbecuing and relaxing.

The holiday home can also be rented in its entirety.

Lower Floor Apartment (approx. 45 m²):
This ground-floor apartment is suitable for up to 3 people and includes:
- 2 bedrooms (1 double bed (160 x 200 cm), 1 single bed)
- Bathroom with natural light, walk-in shower, toilet, sink, and hairdryer
- Kitchen with stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave, toaster, and dishes
- Living room with TV, internet radio, dining table, and sofa

Upper Floor Apartment (approx. 50 m²):
Sleeps up to 4 people and a baby or toddler (cot and accessories available). The apartment consists of:
- Bedroom with double bed
- Bathroom with natural light, shower, toilet, sink, and hairdryer
- Kitchen with stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and dishes
- Living room with TV and sofa
- Dining area for 4 people

- Sleeping loft that can be used as an extra bed or children's play area

LAN and Wi-Fi are available throughout the house. A washing machine can be used upon request. Bed linen and towels are included in the price.

There are parking spaces for up to 3 vehicles. Bicycles can be stored, and a charging station for e-bikes is available.

A grill, fire bowl, and garden furniture are available.

Smoking is not permitted in the apartment, but you are welcome to smoke outdoors.

The holiday home is located on a spacious, quiet property on the outskirts of Oelsnitz/Vogtl. in the Lauterbach district. It offers the ideal setting for relaxation, hiking, and cycling and is a perfect starting point for exploring the Vogtland region.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
