The non-smoking holiday apartment "Süd" is a two-story apartment, approximately 65 square meters in size, featuring a comfortable living room with a sitting area, a dining area, and a fully equipped kitchenette. A spiral staircase leads to the upper floor, where you will find a shower with toilet and two sinks, as well as two bedrooms (one with a bunk bed measuring 200x80 cm!). A third, cozy bedroom with three single beds is located in the attic. For added comfort, we offer a sauna, underfloor heating, and a special boot dryer. The property includes a garden with a rustic seating area, a barbecue fireplace, and a portable grill, as well as parking spaces for your car. Your sports equipment, strollers, sleds, and similar items can be safely stored in our garage.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
