Our non-smoking holiday apartment "East" is a two-story apartment, approximately 55 square meters in size, featuring a comfortable living room with a sitting area, dining area, and fully equipped kitchenette. A spiral staircase leads to the upper floor, where you will find a shower with toilet and two bedrooms (one with a bunk bed measuring 200x80 cm!). Enjoy the in-house sauna and the cozy warmth of the underfloor heating in our apartment. A special boot dryer ensures your footwear is always dry. From the terrace, you can access the garden with its rustic seating area and barbecue. Parking spaces for your car are available on the property. Your sports equipment, strollers, sleds, etc., can be stored safely in our garage.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
