The holiday home for 4 persons has a bathroom and a bedroom and is equipped with a single bed, a double sofa bed, two single trundle beds and a double bed or two single beds. The holiday home is equipped with a fireplace and two televisions. In addition there is a terrace, a trampoline, a balcony, a set of garden furniture, a garden and a barbecue. The badroom is equipped with a hairdryer, a bath, a washbasin, a toilet and a shower.

The holiday home has a Internet connection (wireless) and a fridge.

The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, a dishwasher, an oven, a coffee maker and a stove.

The holiday apartment on the upper floor is ideal for families. The apartment is modern and furnished to a high standard. It is 80 m² and features two hallways, a living area, a combined living room and kitchen, a bedroom, and a bathroom. The upstairs hallway includes a workspace and a sleeping alcove. Both the living area and the bedroom have televisions. The fireplace in the living area is fueled by environmentally friendly pellets, which are available upon request. In summer, the furnished balcony is perfect for relaxing on long summer evenings. The fully equipped kitchen includes a breakfast bar and a dining table.

Sleeping arrangements are very flexible. The bedroom has two single beds and two pull-out beds for younger children. The sleeping alcove in the hallway is ideal for an older child. Alternatively, the sofa in the living room can be converted into a bed for two people. Plenty of flexible options for a family!

A parking space on the property is available free of charge. Please note that the interior of this holiday apartment is NOT wheelchair accessible. Baby equipment is available upon request. The playground in the garden may be used at your own risk. Parents are responsible for their children. Animals of any kind are unfortunately not allowed. Smoking is only permitted outdoors.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
