The holiday home is situated in a quiet, elevated location on a large garden plot with a pond. It's ideal for rest and relaxation.

The large terrace in front of the house, surrounded by flowers, offers a beautiful view of the Triebisch Valley. It's perfect for sunbathing and relaxing by candlelight in the evening. The hiking trail leads directly past the property into the nearby city forest, all the way to the viewpoints of Götterfelsen and Hohe Eifer.

The 60 m² holiday home can accommodate up to 4 people.

We take great pleasure in sharing our idyllic, peaceful spot in the countryside with others. The view of the water lily pond with its koi fish is also very relaxing. We want our guests to feel comfortable and enjoy the beautiful surroundings with us.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
