The garden features a gazebo and a children's playground. Parking is available on the property. A wallbox for charging electric cars is also provided.
The ground floor comprises a living room with an open-plan kitchen, a dining area for up to six people, cable TV, a stereo system, and a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. Wi-Fi is available. There are three bedrooms with double beds and one with a baby cot. Two bathrooms with showers and toilets are also located on this floor.
A modern wooden staircase leads to the upper floor, where there is another bedroom.

Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
