Our newly renovated holiday home "Sperlingslust" is located 200 meters from the village center on the "Jockelsberg" (407m above sea level) in the middle of a fenced beech forest, surrounded by meadows and fields in the Upper Lusatian Highlands nature reserve. It's ideal for nature lovers seeking peace and quiet, families with children, and dog owners.

The holiday home was awarded 4 stars by the German Tourism Association (DTV) on May 24, 2023 (valid until June 28, 2026).

In the village, you'll find a doctor, a bakery, an inn, and a farmer from whom you can buy fresh milk and eggs daily.

The holiday home is situated in the Upper Lusatian Highlands nature reserve, characterized by granite ridges, volcanic peaks, the striking sandstone formations of the Zittau Mountains, and picturesque valleys.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
