General

The holiday home for 6 persons has two bathrooms and three bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a fireplace and a TV (international channels). In addition there is a terrace, a garden (fenced) and a barbecue. You can park your car on a parking lot (indoor). The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday home has a tumble dryer, a freezer, a Internet connection (ADSL, ISDN, wireless) and a washing machine.

Modern ambience in a historic three-sided courtyard. The house offers space for 6 people. There are three double bedrooms in the house.
First double room on the ground floor with box-spring bed - second double room on the upper floor and third double room in the attic with sloping ceilings. On the upper floor there is a small alcove in the hallway with a bunk bed for 2 children. On the ground floor there is a very large, fully equipped kitchen, a spacious dining room in the conservatory and the living room with TV and wood-burning stove. There is a bathroom with shower and separate WC on the ground floor and a second bathroom with shower and separate WC on the upper floor. House Sofie has a terrace in the inner courtyard and another terrace in the garden with a covered lounge area, a beach chair and a barbecue area.

Sobrigau lies in the midst of a rural idyll and gently rolling hills, surrounded by numerous cherry and apple orchards. Here our guests will find peace and tranquillity without having to forego the advantages of the nearby cultural metropolis of Dresden.
The townscape of Sobrigau is characterised by several well-preserved, listed farms, some of which date back to the 17th century. From here you have a marvellous view of the Dresden Elbe Valley. On a clear day, the mountain ranges of the Eastern Erzgebirge or the striking mountains of Saxon Switzerland can be recognised.
The Fichtelberg offers numerous winter sports activities for the whole family: Alpine skiing, tobogganing, snow walks, ski hikes
Directly behind our farm numerous hiking trails are waiting to be explored by you and your family. Especially our four-legged guests appreciate the landscape with forest, meadows and lakes.
The centre of Dresden can be reached by car in approx. 20 minutes, Saxon Switzerland in approx. 30 minutes.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
