Our holiday flat is located directly on the city limits of the state capital and cultural city of Dresden. From here you can visit and discover Dresden with the Semperoper, the Frauenkirche, the Zwinger and many other sights. Pillnitz Castle, Moritzburg Castle and Albrechtsburg Castle in Meissen are not far away, and the immediate proximity to Saxon Switzerland and the Osterzgebirge mountains means you have the opportunity for a variety of hikes or climbing tours, while a visit to the Dresden Striezelmarkt is a highlight in the run-up to Christmas. You can also leave your car at the P+R 3 kilometres away and reach the centre of Dresden directly by public transport. Smoking and pets are not permitted in the holiday flat or the building. This makes the holiday flat particularly suitable for allergy sufferers and families with children or babies.

In the living room there is a large flat screen TV with Blu-Ray and DVD player, radio with CD, sofa bed 140 cm x 200 cm with table, wall unit, two armchairs and heating, in the bedroom there is a double bed 160 cm x 200 cm with wardrobe, heating and baby cot if required.
In the spacious kitchen there is a dining table with seating for 3 people and a high chair. In addition to the equipment already listed, there is plenty of crockery and glasses.
There is a fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, microwave, capsule machine, all-purpose slicer, kettle, egg cooker, spices, tea and coffee.
You can cook on the 4-burner electric hob and bake or roast in the oven. All rooms can be heated.
Courtyard terrace, sun loungers in the garden, swing and barbecue.
And a sandpit and swing for the children.
Enclosed property with a secure car parking space and bicycle storage facilities.
We have a large garden that can also be used.
We have running ducks, guinea pigs and dwarf rabbits.
Sports facilities in the neighbourhood: fishing, mountaineering, golf course, climbing, cycling, horse riding.
Excursions: The surrounding area, Dresden, Moritzburg, Pillnitz, Meißen, Weesenstein, Stolpen, Seiffen, the Saxon Elbland, the Osterzgebirge or a trip to Prague. Dresden Zoo is not far away and very beautiful. At Christmas time, the Dresden Strietzelmarkt, the oldest Christmas market in Germany, is a major attraction.
Other sports and leisure activities: In addition to excursions to the state capital Dresden, walks are possible in the surrounding area. The location is the perfect starting point for hikes in the Osterzgebirge mountains or climbing tours in Saxon Switzerland.garden and outdoor facilities

Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
