The holiday home for 6 persons has a bathroom and three bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a fireplace and a TV (international channels). In addition there is a terrace, a garden and a barbecue. You can park your car on a parking lot (indoor). The badroom is equipped with a shower.

You will be staying in a 120 m2, recently restored farmhouse holiday home. Three double bedrooms with lots of flair and attention to detail are spread over two floors. The living room has a wood-burning stove for romantic hours. The kitchen is fully equipped with a hob, dishwasher, oven and plenty of cooking utensils. The large, bright bathroom on the upper floor has a corner bath and plenty of towels and shower towels are provided for you. A terrace with garden invites you to relax or have a barbecue. The terrace is furnished with cosy wooden furniture

Sobrigau lies in the midst of a rural idyll and gently rolling hills, surrounded by numerous cherry and apple orchards. Here our guests will find peace and tranquillity without having to forego the advantages of the nearby cultural metropolis of Dresden.
The townscape of Sobrigau is characterised by several well-preserved, listed farms, some of which date back to the 17th century. From here you have a marvellous view of the Dresden Elbe Valley. On a clear day, the mountain ranges of the Eastern Erzgebirge or the striking mountains of Saxon Switzerland can be recognised.
The Fichtelberg offers numerous winter sports activities for the whole family: Alpine skiing, tobogganing, snow walks, ski hikes
Directly behind our farm numerous hiking trails are waiting to be explored by you and your family. Especially our four-legged guests appreciate the landscape with forest, meadows and lakes.
The centre of Dresden can be reached by car in approx. 20 minutes, Saxon Switzerland in approx. 30 minutes.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
