You can access the terrace and our feel-good garden directly from the flat at ground level. Facing south, you will be spoilt by the sun and also find plenty of shade. An unobstructed view of the greenery lets your soul dangle.

The holiday flat is 50 m² in size and is ideal for 2 people. The flat is located in a detached house and is divided into a living room area with an integrated kitchen, a shower/WC and a bedroom. It has a separate entrance and a car park on the property. SAT-TV, radio, electric cooker, fridge, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, espresso maker, smoothie maker, iron, bed and table linen are included. Wireless internet access is free of charge. You will receive an access code from us to use the internet with your own device.

You are located in the foothills of the Ore Mountains, the landscape is slightly mountainous and the surrounding area invites you to take long walks. The neighbouring state capital of Dresden offers plenty of art and cultural attractions. Meißen, Radebeul and Pirna in the neighbourhood are also well worth a visit.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
