In approximately 60 square meters, you'll find everything you need for a relaxing stay. Up to six people can enjoy this comfortable accommodation.

A cozy electric storage heater provides warmth. Peace and quiet are guaranteed, undisturbed by any traffic noise. You can set your own pace. The entire property (approximately 800 square meters) is fenced (approximately 1.5 meters high).

The house features separate bedrooms and a living room. Children have their own small sleeping area. A kitchen and shower/toilet are also included.

In front of the house is a small terrace with a unique view of the ski jumps. With the regularly scheduled jumps, you'll have a front-row seat, even from the living room. A true feast for the eyes.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
