In our approx. 22 m² one-room holiday flat on the ground floor you will find everything you need for a cosy stay. The flat is furnished with a comfortable double bed (160x200), which invites you to dream. The furnishings also include two armchairs and a dining table for 2 people, ideal for enjoying meals together. A wardrobe offers plenty of storage space for your personal belongings. Thanks to a practically equipped mini-kitchen with filter coffee machine and kettle, you can also prepare your morning coffee to your liking while on holiday.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
