Detailed information

You'll be staying at the foot of the Lausche mountain, between Butterberg and Sängerhöhe, in our "Sonnenschein" holiday apartment in the Landhaus Helene, offering the utmost comfort. There is a bedroom with a double bed and a children's bunk bed (for two children up to 1.30 m tall). The open-plan, fully equipped kitchen-living room also features a comfortable sofa bed. There is a bathroom with a window, toilet/shower, and vanity unit. Upon request (for an additional fee), a separate extra bedroom (double bed, TV, wardrobe, mirror) can be booked in the hallway opposite the apartment. You'll be staying in a lovingly restored, original Upper Lusatian timber-framed house, which impresses with its perfect blend of comfort and coziness. The summer house in the garden invites you to relax and barbecue. The facilities of the Hotel Quirle-Häusl, located directly opposite, are also available upon request.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
