The ground floor features a living room with a fireplace and satellite TV, a bedroom, a kitchen, and a bathroom with a walk-in shower and toilet. The upper floor has three bedrooms (two with balconies) and a modern bathroom with a toilet, bidet, and freestanding bathtub.

Behind the house, a large terrace with an adjoining garden invites you to relax and enjoy time together. It is furnished with garden furniture, a patio heater, a barbecue, and sunshades. A small breakfast terrace is located in front of the holiday home.

Wi-Fi access is, of course, free of charge. Use of the washing machine in the holiday home is available upon request, possibly for a fee.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
