Our non-smoking vacation apartment is located on the southern outskirts of Görlitz, towards Zittau, directly on the Oder-Neisse Cycle Path, in a quiet, village-like residential area. Lake Berzdorf is just a stone's throw away.

Do you love relaxation? Then you've come to the right place.

In summer, you're welcome to use our garden with its pool, lawn, terrace, and barbecue.

Even in winter, you can feel right at home here.

After a winter hike, treat yourself to a hot cup of tea by the fireplace.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
