The modernly furnished holiday apartment has a well-designed layout. It is located on the upper floor of a two-family house. Parking is available for our guests on the property. A lovingly landscaped garden surrounds the apartment, where you can relax in the shade under a walnut tree after a day of sightseeing. Shopping facilities are within easy walking distance (approx. 5 minutes). Restaurants and cafes are also just a few minutes away on foot. Regular recreational events take place on weekends (Friday to Sunday) at the concert venue in the middle of the forest. Food and drinks, including grilled fare, are available there.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
