General

The holiday home for 28 persons has 14 bathrooms and 14 bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a DVD player. In addition there is a barbecue, a terrace and a billiard. You can park your car on a parking lot (indoor). The badroom is equipped with a shower.

This holiday home at an altitude of 800 m is located in beautiful surroundings with plenty of excursion possibilities.

The house stands on a large plot of 1,250 m² and features a spacious terrace and sunbathing lawn. In front of the house is a park and playground for children. Ample parking is available.

The house was renovated in 2007 and comprises 15 bedrooms, 15 bathrooms, 16 toilets, professional kitchen, group room and bar, spread over three floors. One room can be reached via a bedroom. Very easily, single beds can be put down in this room (15th room). The kitchen is fully equipped including dishwasher, microwave, fridge, freezer. Each bedroom has a television. There are 14 double beds and four single beds. There is also a radio/CD and DVD player.

Centrally located in the beautiful Erzgebirge mountains between Dresden and Prague on the Czech border. There is a summer toboggan run 5 km away. Ski slope 5 km away. The Nussknacker museum is also well worth a visit! Please note: The 15th bedroom can be reached via the 14th bedroom!

Two mountain bikes are available free of charge. Internet, cot, washing machine, dryer, pool table and barbecue available.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
