General

The holiday home for 2 persons has a bathroom and a bedroom. The holiday home is equipped with a TV (international channels), a fireplace and a DVD player. This is a holiday home, completely renovated in 2023, in a very quiet location near the reservoir in the Oberrabenstein recreation area in Chemnitz. The approx. 60 m² guest house is located on a 400 m² fenced plot with its own parking space.

With a modern furnished living room including a leather corner couch (as an extra bed) and fireplace, it has a 50 inch LED TV with satellite reception, music system, DVD player, as well as a game console for your children, if desired. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge and freezer compartment, four-ring electric hob with oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee machine. The daylight bathroom with WC, shower and bathtub has a modern design. The bedroom has a double bed and a wardrobe for plenty of storage space. There is also electric heating throughout the house.

In the entrance area there is a dining area for eating together, on the terrace overlooking the sunbathing lawn there is garden furniture and parasol as well as a barbecue for your use. There is a 70 m² sun terrace with pool for communal use as well as (for a fee) a sauna with fireplace and relaxation room with a view of the countryside, table tennis, badminton net, barbecue and fireplace.

For the four-legged guests, of course, everything necessary is available, from feeding bowls to dog baskets and toys!

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
