Discover our lovingly renovated holiday home, which has been open to guests since August 2019. Perfectly located, it offers you the peace and quiet you want and the proximity to the centre that you need. Arrive and immediately feel at home - in a home that has been designed with attention to detail and where your car is safely parked on the street in front of the house.
The heart of our holiday oasis is spread over 60 m2 of living space on two floors. On the ground floor, you will find an inviting living room with a large sofa, TV, a cosy little fireplace and an open, fully equipped fitted kitchen with dining area. A practical guest WC can also be found on this level. Upstairs is the cosy bedroom with double bed and TV as well as a modern bathroom with rain shower, double bathtub, WC and underfloor heating.
Outside, a 700 m2 fenced garden invites you to relax and unwind. Enjoy sunny days or balmy evenings on the terrace, equipped with garden furniture, deckchairs and a barbecue. Additional relaxation is provided by our wellness facilities, including a sauna with relaxation area and shower as well as a pool house with whirlpool, fireplace and comfortable deckchairs.
The surrounding area has something for every guest - whether mountain biking, cycling tours or cultural explorations in Bad Elster with its King Albert Theatre and the modern Solétherme spa with sauna area. Numerous hiking trails and the picturesque Luisasee lake invite you to enjoy outdoor activities. The region also offers interesting excursion destinations such as the musical instrument museum in Markneukirchen or the Plohn leisure park.

Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
