Luxury holiday apartment. Our holiday apartment was completely renovated in 2018 and is located on the top floor, offering approximately 75 square meters of living space. It comprises two bedrooms, a living room, a combined living room and kitchen, a bathroom with shower, and a separate toilet. Guests have access to a sun terrace in the garden with a garden shed, complete with a barbecue and garden furniture, perfect for relaxing evenings. As the Richter family, we love to travel, and it was important to us to create a high level of comfort and coziness in our holiday apartment, inspired by years of experience and adventures.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
