The imposing Devil's Wall - a 20-kilometre-long natural monument with bizarre rock formations and wonderful hiking trails - begins right on the doorstep. In spring and summer, flowering meadows and shady forest paths beckon, in autumn the Harz Mountains glow in golden colours and in winter the landscape is transformed into a silent snowy backdrop. Sights such as the Hexentanzplatz, the Roßtrappe, Quedlinburg or Wernigerode are within easy reach. The neighbouring country inn with beer garden invites you to relax after an active day. Shopping facilities, swimming pools and excursion destinations are only a few minutes away.
