The badroom is equipped with a shower, a washbasin and a toilet.

The apartment is perfectly placed for discovering the Harz at a calm pace. Woodland paths, meadows and the striking rock formations of the Teufelsmauer begin close by. In spring and summer, shaded trails lead to quiet spots; in autumn the forest glows with warm colours, and in winter the landscape settles into a soft, peaceful stillness.

Timmenrode offers short distances to everyday essentials, while Quedlinburg, Blankenburg and the Roßtrappe are quickly reached. Families will find space to unwind in the shared garden, and the surrounding area provides nature experiences that require little planning. Swimming pools, gentle walks and small attractions are only minutes away.

Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine

Payment terms and -periods

The deposit is at least 35% of the total travel sum and optional insurances. The remaining amount must be paid no later than six weeks before departure. In case of departure within six weeks, the amount must be paid at once.
