Holiday flat Your comfortable, 60 m2 holiday flat is located on the 2nd floor of a listed building ensemble dating from 1660, right in the historic old town. The flat is at the rear of the building, facing away from the street, and is therefore very quiet.
The sunny balcony with a view over the roofs of the town towards the market square rounds off your comfort in this beautiful holiday flat. Smoking is also permitted here.
The non-smoking flat offers plenty of space for 2 people. An extra bed for a baby in the parents' bedroom is also possible. The large bathroom is equipped with a bathtub/WC. In the modern country house kitchen you will find: dishwasher, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment and a cooker with oven. Crockery, cutlery and everything you need for a perfect holiday is provided.
The comfortable sofa and relaxing armchair invite you to spend a relaxing evening watching TV on the 42" cable TV. Pets are not allowed in the flat out of consideration for the next tenants.
It is 350 metres to the town's historic market square. Several good restaurants, cafés, bakeries and butchers as well as many specialised shops are located in the vicinity of the building.

Payment terms and -periods
