General

The holiday home for 2 persons has a bathroom and a bedroom. The holiday home is equipped with a garden. The badroom is equipped with a shower.

You can rent a simple and compact living space in our artist residence for short or longer periods as a tourist, as long as no artist is doing project work there at the time.
There is a separate room with WC and shower, as well as a mini kitchen with cooking facilities, kettle, fridge, seating and dining area, wardrobe, and a bed measuring 200 x 140 cm including bed linen and towels. The bed is big enough for two people if they agree to sleep together in one bed.
The room is on the second floor of an old art nouveau house, the place is located at the south-western end of the old town centre and is part of the Quedlinburg UNESCO World Heritage district. Car parking is available 50 metres away on the opposite side of the road. It is a 20-minute walk from the railway station, or you can take a taxi.
From our site you have the opportunity to visit many important old towns within a radius of 50 kilometres, as well as the sights of the Harz Mountains, which are only 15 kilometres away. Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
