General

The holiday home for 13 persons has three bathrooms and seven bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a DVD player and a TV (international channels). In addition there is a terrace, a barbecue and a garden (fenced). You can park your car on a parking lot (indoor). The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday home has a freezer, a tumble dryer, a Internet connection (ADSL, ISDN, wireless) and a washing machine.

Especially for (young) children, there is playground equipment.

The kitchen is equipped with an oven, a dishwasher and a microwave.

Holiday home for 14 adults in the middle of the Upper Harz between Schierke and Braunlage directly at the foot of the Brocken Our newly designed holiday home is located in the climatic health resort of Elend at the foot of the Brocken in the Upper Harz. Surrounded by lush meadows and a natural forest with well-developed hiking trails. Easy to reach via the B27 or with the Harz narrow-gauge railway. Centrally located between Schierke and Braunlage, close to towns worth seeing such as Wernigerode, Goslar and Quedlinburg.

The building is detached and designed for the sole use of guests. There are parking spaces for about five cars on the property. A barbecue is of course available. The terrace is nearing completion and is already fully seated and usable.

Up to 14 people can relax on three floors totalling 300 m². On the ground floor, our spacious hallway leads you into the 40 m² living room with flatscreen TV and the fully equipped kitchen. Adjacent to the kitchen is a dining room with space for everyone. There is also a shower room and a separate WC. The sanitary facilities on the upper floor are the same as on the ground floor, but there is also a sauna including a relaxation room and a washing machine. Three spacious bedrooms complete the floor, one of which has a cot. There are four bedrooms and a shower room on the top floor. All rooms have heating and beds that can be separated if required.

Not far from us is the Braunlage ski area with snow-making facilities and several lifts. Climbing the Brocken is a must when you visit us. The nearby Rappode Reservoir also offers adventures with Segway, Wallrunning and Megazipline, Giga-Swing, Titan RT suspension bridge and the new treetop path in Bad Harzburg.

An extra bed is possible. The sleeping facilities for additional children are located in the bedrooms.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
