The holiday home for 4 persons has a bathroom and two bedrooms and is equipped with two single beds and a double bed. The holiday home is equipped with a heather, a heater and a TV. In addition there is a barbecue, a set of garden furniture and a garden and there are two terraces. You can park your car on two parkings. The badroom is equipped with a hairdryer, a toilet and a shower.

The holiday home has a fridge and a Internet connection (wireless).

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a high chair and a cot (incl. beddengoed).

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a coffee maker, een afzuigkap, an oven, a microwave and a stove.

The house impresses with its bright, modern furnishings and invites you to spend relaxing evenings with its cosy wood-burning stove in the living area. Enjoy the fresh Harz air on two spacious terraces, perfect for an extended breakfast in the morning sun or cosy barbecue evenings. The elevated location offers you a wonderful view of the surrounding countryside - ideal for nature lovers and those seeking peace and quiet. There is a car park approx. 30 metres from the house.

Güntersberge, also affectionately known as the "Pearl of the Selke Valley", is an idyllic place in the middle of the Harz Mountains, surrounded by dense forests, clear lakes and gentle mountains. In summer, the surrounding area is ideal for long hikes and cycle tours. The Selketalstieg, one of the most beautiful hiking trails in the Harz Mountains, begins in the immediate vicinity. For families, the idyllic mountain lake Güntersberge with its natural pool is a highlight - perfect for swimming, pedal boating or simply relaxing by the water. In winter, there are wonderful winter hiking trails and snowshoe tours through the snow-covered forest. Small toboggan slopes provide fun for young and old. The proximity to the popular excursion destinations of Brocken, Quedlinburg, Rübeland, Thale and Wernigerode speaks in favour of the village's ideal location.

Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine

Layout

On 250 meter of Schloss you will find one or more restaurants. In addition, there is a lake/open water less than 600 meter. There is a mall nearby, in 10,2 kilometer. Want even more activities? The nearby area features swimming and your holiday home's surroundings features golfing. You can also relax, because near Schloss in Güntersberge you can go to the water.

Payment terms and -periods

The deposit is at least 35% of the total travel sum and optional insurances. The remaining amount must be paid no later than six weeks before departure. In case of departure within six weeks, the amount must be paid at once.
