The holiday complex is located in the middle of the Harz forests and invites you to relax. Thanks to its central location, many of the Harz's sights can be explored quickly. The holiday complex is located directly on the Selketal trail, away from the hustle and bustle in the middle of the forests between the villages of Siptenfelde and Güntersberge.

Access to the property is via an approx. 1.5 km long forest road. excursion possibilities in the immediate vicinity are e.g. Harzgerode as a shopping centre, the world heritage town of Quedlinburg, the European town of Stolberg, the half-timbered town of Wernigerode, the Josephskreuz observation tower, the Glasebach mine, direct access to the Selketal-Stieg, the Hexentanzplatz, the Roßtrappe in Thale and numerous other tourist attractions in the Harz Mountains.the visitor's tax includes free use of public transport.

Playgrounds, a bowling alley, barbecue areas, volleyball court, large field chess game, beer garden and catering facilities are available. Breakfast and dinner are available on request in the catering facility located on the extensive grounds.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
