This centrally located apartment building, which once housed a supermarket, daycare center, and even a dance hall, is approximately 110 years old and has already undergone extensive renovations. The holiday apartment has its own entrance and welcomes you with a bright, spacious entrance area. There is also a separate guest toilet. The living/dining area with a TV and a large dining table offers plenty of space for the whole family. The separate fitted kitchen with a stove, oven, coffee machine, dishwasher, and a large refrigerator allows you to cook fresh meals every day and cater for your needs.
The cozy bathroom is equipped with a modern waterfall shower, toilet, and washing machine. The second bathroom has a sink and toilet. Both bedrooms are accessible via the hallway.

Cattenstedt's perfect location in the middle of the Brocken and Bode Valley region invites you to explore the Harz Mountains' magnificent natural surroundings and many attractions. Excursions in the surrounding area include the Rappbode Dam, the Rübeland Caves, Quedlinburg, Wernigerode, and the Brocken.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires.
