Here you will find a spacious holiday flat with balcony on the upper floor of a residential building in a quiet residential area on the outskirts of Blankenburg. You benefit from a quiet location with no through traffic at the foot of the bird sanctuary between Blankenburg and Wernigerode. From the balcony you can enjoy the view over the town and the Harz foreland.

The balcony has a table with four chairs for al fresco dining. An awning provides shade as required. It is very spacious and also has two loungers for sunbathing.

The cosily furnished holiday flat has a living space of 125 m² and is located on the first floor. The sloping ceilings give the flat a cosy and slightly larger feel. The interior is divided into three bedrooms, a full bathroom and the living room with integrated, open-plan kitchen and access to the balcony. You sleep in double beds in all three bedrooms. The first and second bedrooms have double beds measuring 180 cm x 200 cm. The third bedroom sleeps four people with maximum occupancy in two adjacent double beds measuring 190 cm x 200 cm. The third bedroom is also equipped with a television and a spacious wardrobe. The heart of the flat is the cosy living room, which is divided into the comfortable living area with a corner sofa, the cooking area with a spacious kitchen and cooking island and a comfortable dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, hob and oven, fridge-freezer combination and the usual small electrical appliances for your convenient and extensive self-catering. Take a seat at the solid dining table on six swivel chairs for your home-cooked meal. The bathroom has a shower cubicle, a corner bath, a WC and a handsome undermounted washbasin with mirror cabinet.

The village centre with shops, cafés and restaurants is just 2 km away. The tennis court one kilometre away and the outdoor pool 1.5 km away offer plenty of variety. Hikes through the nature reserve start almost on the doorstep. The ski area is approx. 10 kilometres away.

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
