Detailed information

The house has free Wi-Fi. It comprises 40 square meters on the upper level and 20 square meters on the lower level. The house features a living room/bedroom, a kitchen, a hallway, a bathroom with toilet and shower, and a parking space. All of this is located on the upper level. From the living room, you can step directly onto the large balcony, perfect for enjoying breakfast. In front of the entrance is a very large terrace with a handcrafted wood-burning stove. This inviting terrace is ideal for barbecues. On the lower level, there is a stone-built bar area. From there, you can access one of the two terraces. Our house also boasts a sauna in the basement and a rain shower in the garden.

The house is equipped with all necessary comforts: television, radio, two pellet stoves, toaster, refrigerator, dishwasher, dish towels, and linens. The sofa in the living room can be converted into a bed, accommodating up to four people. Since not only we humans but also our four-legged friends appreciate nature and tranquility, they are, of course, also very welcome.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
