The spacious, comfortable apartment on the second and top floor of our house features an open-plan, yet visually separated, living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, coffee machine, induction hob, multi-function oven, etc.), a large bedroom with a double box-spring bed and separate walk-in closet, a second room suitable as an office or bedroom with a comfortable sofa bed (approx. 140 x 200 cm sleeping area), a modern shower room with toilet and urinal, a large southeast-facing roof terrace, and a west-facing balcony, both furnished. An additional guest toilet is also available.
