This holiday apartment is in a historical Jugendstil building at the heart of the old town of Zell an der Mosel.
The holiday apartment is on the second floor and has a balcony with a view of the Moselle. There is also a bicycle storage room accessible directly from the street (Moselle side). Many car parking spaces are available on the opposite side of the street and on a directly adjoining car park.
The apartment is technically up to date and provides 107m² of living space. It has a separate WC and a bathroom with a bath and shower bath. There are three bedrooms each with double beds. The cosy living room provides two sofas and a TV. What is typical of historical buildings are the ceilings 3.30 metres high. The separate built-in kitchen is equipped with an oven, microwave, toaster, fridge and freezer compartment, sink, a four-ring hob, dishwasher, coffee machine (Senseo and filter) and includes a dining space. A welcome wine is offered on arrival, as well as a Senseo coffee to recover from the journey. An iron and ironing board are available, and free wireless Internet access throughout the house. Original wooden floors or natural parquet are featured in the apartment. Satellite TV/radio, a DVD player and HDMI connections are provided.
The front side affords an unobstructed view of the beautiful Moselle. The rear side of the building is at the start of the Zell pedestrian zone with a view of the vineyards of the well-known wine-growing area “Zeller schwarze Katz”.
