General

The holiday home for 14 persons has two bathrooms and four bedrooms and is equipped with four bunk beds and three double beds. The holiday home is equipped with two televisions. In addition there is a set of garden furniture and a balcony and there are three terraces. You can park your car on two parking lots. The badroom is equipped with two washbasins, a massage shower, two toilets and a shower.

The holiday home has a garage and two fridges.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with two microwaves, two stoves, a dishwasher, two coffee makers and two ovens.

Step out the front door of this charming house in Zell on the Moselle, and within just 30 meters you’ll find yourself on the lively main street lined with shops. Continue another 30 meters through a quaint archway, and you’ll reach the scenic riverside promenade, with the Moselle flowing just beyond. It’s hard to imagine a location closer to this romantic river. In the evening, unwind on one of the many terraces, enjoying dinner as the sun sets behind the hills, overlooking the vineyards that produce the renowned “Zeller Schwarze Katz” wine.

This spacious property consists of two separate apartments that are rented together, making it an ideal choice for larger groups or multiple families who want to stay close while still enjoying their own privacy. Altogether, the house offers several bedrooms, comfortable living and dining areas, and two fully equipped kitchens with modern appliances.

At the front of the house, inviting terraces provide the perfect spot to relax outdoors. At the rear, you’ll find a small garden and a raised courtyard area (not fenced), offering additional space to enjoy the fresh air.

The location is highly convenient: restaurants are just 100 meters away, and a supermarket is within 400 meters. From Zell, you can easily explore the beautiful Moselle region, with excursions դեպի Trier or Koblenz. The picturesque town of Cochem, famous for its impressive castle, is also well worth a visit.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
